Our Story

Austin & Rachel Holt

The mission, vision and purpose behind the couple who started it all. 

We saw the desperate need for someone to create a marriage program that brought together both Christianity and the intricacies of heart, soul, mind and strength.

So we answered the call.


Our vision is to support driven, highly committed couples who are not afraid to look upward and inward to create a marriage that honors God, each other, and changes the world.

The Short Version

  • Fully committed to helping Christ-centric couples experience marriage the way God intended for them, and we know we’re not everyone’s cup of tea. 

A Little More...

Austin and Rachel have an undeniable passion for their Faith, their family, what they do, and who they serve. 


One of Austin and Rachel’s core words that describes them is “Me’od” - a Hebrew word that can be described as “Muchness” or “Very” or “With everything you have” and is found within the very core of their mission. 


Once you watch their videos, meet or work with them, you will understand. Their calling is to help couples like you experience the marriage God has in store for you, and to go to the level beyond the level you think is possible. 


Their story is the story of the couples they serve. They both have felt a deep conviction, even since before being married, to pursue God with excellence, intention and focus. Realizing they could do this in and through their marriage, Austin and Rachel spent even the earliest days of their engagement and marriage focusing on how to grow as individuals and as a couple.

As a newly engaged couple, Austin and Rachel ran a very successful business together and learned how to build a foundation for marriage even through the throes of self-employment. 


As they transitioned from a 10 year business they built, God called them to bring the best from within themselves into the lives of other driven, faith-centric couples. 


They launched their marriage coaching and counseling program in 2017 and started helping couples all over the world build incredible marriages. They do this through their membership programs, best selling books, Connection Cards, courses, worships, retreats, speaking engagements and more. 


After years of traveling the country to be trained and mentored by the best minds in transformational coaching, psychology and other interdisciplinary fields, they realized there was a huge gap in the “industry” of both faith-based transformation and modern psychology-based transformation practices that God was calling them to fill.

We believe...

Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength

One of their Core Scriptures which defines the very premise of this realization comes from Mark 12:30-31:


 “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ The second is this, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” 


The Conscious Christian™ was created through both Conviction and their desire to bridge the gap between Christianity and conscious psychology/living, incorporating both practical and effective coaching and counseling techniques along with the power of the Holy Spirit. It is the integration of the heart, soul, mind and strength that we find the picture of a Conscious Christian.

Humbled + Honored...

Austin and Rachel are humbled and honored to have received endorsements from other esteemed experts in the fields of psychology, counseling, therapy, theology and Faith. Over the years, they have brought their expertise into Churches, corporate settings, schools, and into other counseling practices. They have conducted relationship and marriage seminars for various Churches and organizations nationwide and also lead retreats for fellow counselors to equip them with additional tools and practices. 


Through their comprehensive approach, they equip couples with the tools for deep connection, healing, co-creativity, personal power, responsibility, and the fulfillment of their God-given calling. They are passionate about integrating their faith with scientifically supported psychology and neuroscience. They believe these two assets are not mutually exclusive, but permanently intertwined, and all designed by God.


Lastly, if you’re not someone who also desires excellence, leveling up, and placing an unapologetic level of priority on your faith, marriage and living out your core values, Austin and Rachel’s energy will probably not be a great match for you. There are likely other counselors and coaches who are a better fit for you, and that’s okay. 

However, if you’re someone who runs toward excellence, growth, introspection, humility, faithfulness, obedience, leveling up and wringing out every last drop of joy in your life, you will probably consider them your new best friends.
