Christian, wife, mother, homesteader, and homeschooler. Rachel loves fuzzy blankets, snuggles with Austin and their four children, quiet time with Jesus, and singing worship music. She has a heart for encouraging and equipping women to live impactful, joy-filled lives while building deep friendships with other women. She leads the Wives Call and co-leads the Couples Call.
Ashley Hardy
Certified CCM Coach + New Member Specialist
Ashley and her husband served on the executive pastoral team at James River Church in Springfield, Missouri from 2007 to 2013, overseeing all of adult ministry. In 2013 they were part of the lead team that launched a church in Lee's Summit. At CCM, Ashley helps churches find the right resources, manages events, and plans the countless details behind the scenes that make everything else work.
Max Brewer
New Member Specialist
Max is often the first person a couple talks to at CCM. He helps new members figure out whether this is the right fit, gets them oriented, and makes sure nobody joins and then quietly disappears.
Kodie Burns
Marriage Coach
Kodie coaches CCM couples and is completing the Conscious Christian Coaching certification, the same pathway every CCM coach comes through. He and his wife Kenzie joined as members first. They run a business together, are deeply involved in their local church, and raise their daughter on a place with large gardens and chickens, which tells you most of what you need to know about them.
