A CCM Toolkit
Most couples do not need a bigger conversation. They need a shorter one, at the same time every day, with words they do not have to invent on the spot.
Why This Exists
Two people can live in the same house, sleep in the same bed, raise the same kids, and go weeks without one honest exchange about how either of them is actually doing. Not because anything is wrong. Because nothing forced the conversation, and both of you were tired.
Then something small happens. A tone. A look. A comment about the dishes that was not about the dishes. And suddenly you are having a large conversation you are not prepared for, at eleven at night, when you are at your worst.
Connection is not built in the big conversations. It is built in the small ones you never skip.
The Check-In Method is the smallest possible structure that keeps that from happening. It takes about five minutes, it happens on purpose, and neither of you has to guess what to say, because we wrote the words down for you.
What You Get
A simple, clear, repeatable process to get back on the same page no matter what just happened. Use it when the tension is still small enough to dissolve, instead of waiting until it needs a whole evening.
The actual words. Five minutes at the start of the day and five at the end, with prompts so neither of you is guessing what to say or worrying you will say it wrong.
How to run a fast, powerful strategy meeting for your marriage and your week. Couples who have paid us thousands for one on one work tell us this single process was the most valuable thing they took away.
Austin and Rachel walk you through the whole thing step by step, so you can see how simple it is before you try it on each other.
One purchase. You keep the tools, the scripts, and the training permanently, including anything we add to it later.
You do not need to be a CCM member to use it. If you later join the coaching program, the check-in is already the rhythm the rest of the work sits on top of.
How It Works
Five minutes before the day takes you. You each know what the other is carrying into it, so nothing has to be decoded later.
Five minutes to close the loop. What landed, what did not, and anything that would otherwise go unspoken and harden overnight.
One short meeting where you run your marriage on purpose. Calendar, money, kids, intimacy, and what you are each asking of the other this week.
If you have ever said “we just need to communicate better,” this is what that actually looks like in practice.
Lifetime Access
It is the smallest thing on this site and one of the ones couples tell us about most. Twenty seven dollars, one time, yours permanently.
